The Level 2 Accounts or Finance Assistant Apprenticeship is designed to provide you with the knowledge, skills and behaviours required to work within the finance department of a business. Following completion of this apprenticeship, could look forward to a career as an Accounts Administrator, Accounts Assistant, Accounts Payable Clerk, Purchase/Sales Ledger Clerk, Trainee Finance Assistant or Trainee Accounting Technician.
You will learn the foundations of accounting and bookkeeping including the recording and categorizing of transactions, and preparing general and subsidiary ledgers. You will also gain an understanding of your finance role within the business, and how the legal system, and principles of contract law can impact you in your role.
In addition, you will develop a full range of interpersonal skills and professional behaviours appropriate to a finance related role. You will learn how to communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders and how to effectively use office and accounting software.

The Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner Apprenticeship is designed to provide you with an understanding of customer service delivery in a wide range of situations which may include face-to-face, telephone, post, email, text and social media. Following completion of this apprenticeship, could look forward to a career as a Customer Service Assistant, Customer Service Administrator, Customer Service Advisor, Receptionist, or in a specialist role, such as, Complaints Handler, Hotel Concierge or Customer Experience Representative.

The Level 5 Operations or Departmental Manager Apprenticeship is designed to provide you with the understanding required to manage teams and projects in line with a private, public or voluntary organisation’s operational strategy. Following completion of this apprenticeship, you could look forward to a career as an Operations Manager, Regional Manager, Divisional Manager, Store Manager or Head of Department.
The aim of this course is to help you gain the skills and knowledge required to be a competent supervisor in a range of different industries and will include the following:
