The Events team at the Buxton campus are starting to move towards their busy events season and we are looking to recruit FE students to work with us during this period.
The job roles we are looking to recruit are as following, no previous experience is required!
- Lay up team members – What this means is that you will be preparing the tables where the guests will eat from.
- Kitchen cleaning team members – During events we need a team of people to wash the cutlery, crockery and glasses
- General events support Team members – During the event when the guests arrive and whilst they are here we require additional team members in order to support the guest experience
Rates of pay – The rates of pay meet the living wage.
We will be holding a registration and information event on Thursday 17th February 2022 between 11:30am to 2:00pm outside the Balcony Café. Any interested students will need to bring their right to work documents with them if they are interested.
Right to work checks documents are as follows:
- Passport
- OR
- Birth certificate and National Insurance card (or a document with NI number)
