Well……now its your turn. IT’S COMPETITION TIME!
Our BLC Apprenticeships Tutors Nick (Engineering + Motor Vehicle) and Stuart (Carpentry and Joinery) want you to channel your inner TV presenter and make a five minute long “How To” video with relevance to engineering, DIY, C&J or Motor Vehicles. It can be at work or at home and the video will be judged on its subject, quality of production and how informative it is. Crazy graphics and 90’s fashion optional!
The winner of first place will receive a £30 Amazon gift card and the video will be hosted on our website
Some examples of possible ‘How To’ videos:
- How to replace a headlight bulb
- How to jump start a car
- How to put up a shelf and level it
Anyone can enter, whether you are a current, former or prospective student, or even a member of the community wanting to help out others
Entries can be sent as a video file or uploaded to YouTube and submitted as a link to: feapprenticeships@blc.ac.uk
Deadline is 26th June 5pm.
